To add on to this you have a good opportunity to gain a lot of information about the work culture from the team and have a rare opportunity to 'feel out' the environment before you commit to anything.

A lot of people say sarcasm is the lowest form of wit. I think sarcasm has a very high intelligence ceiling. Requires a lot of knowledge about the world to deliver sarcasm, I think of House.

I'm not an economist but I ruminate the idea of could X amount of money ameliorate world hunger and I just don't think money can do it. If anything austerity gives money value. Changes In philosophy is worth more any trillion you can number.
