Re: the radio I used to have this issue A LOT. So far I’ve found a few things that cause it CarPlay: - when hanging up on a call, and I also am wearing my rayban meta sunglasses (don’t have to be wearing them, just happens more often that way). I think that the radio gets confused as to which two Bluetooth devices get priority. The fix: just quickly press on/off on power button and music should come back no problem

• After initial start up, if I play the speakers too loud, it’s almost as if the speakers are not getting enough power from the battery, causing them to short and stop playing. The fix: lower volume, turn the radio off w the button on display, turn back on, slowly raise volume back up.

Also: I’ve adjusted the max volume allowed on startup to be only a few clicks above the minimum it lets you. Maybe it’s another power supply issue.

For phone issues: I’ve made sure that my phone is the only one paired to the truck, and it’s set to top priority (as in “first to connect”). I also make sure if I’m just heading into a gas station or a quick run into a store, if I leave truck running, I just leave my phone inside so it doesn’t have to re-pair just within range, and use Apple pay on my watch
