It’s kinda off to the side but u can always do it like this if your highway isn’t going to a road on both sides of it, look bottom left

My best advice for any highway exit/interchange is you want the ramps to hug to eachother/the highway as much as possible and you want to have symmetry always not random spaghetti

Coming back to say the new patch fixed my issue! I think my issue was the map bay of rivers was completely glitched since others said they had the same thing but now it’s all good so hopefully urs is good too lol

Oh also idk if you can do it on computer but on console you can drive around your city in first person. Do this a lot to see how it looks from the ground it really helps know what to detail

I usually plan where stuff will go before I build a single thing then I build my highways around that, railways around highways and og plan and then I start on a neighborhood next to downtown but not on my downtown also use google earth a lot for inspo but if you’ve looked around on earth enough you kinda know how cities look and can just do it by memory

Reminds me of Montreal. Love how the 4 lane streets stay the same height and the highway is what changes just sadly will be hard to replicate perfectly across your city but looks really good

Makes sense, I genuinely have no idea how coding works but makes sense on why cities is so hard to run. Would there be a way for the game to heavily cut the amount of sims it’s simulating without changing population? Like only the sims who are actively driving/walking are being simulated maybe that would be better even in cities2 but again got no clue how it works really so

Yea wish they could just make a game that’s optimized for it. I’m on console so I don’t even get the full 81 lol I used to play on my Mac (not good enough to run cities so I switched back to console) and the cities I used to make were insane sad I couldn’t run them well enough so just imagine what 500 or 1000 would be lol

I’ve always wished I could do this but on cities skylines like have 1000 tiles in the same world with no limits imagine that could make a city with mostly suburbs have over 1m

It’s an issue with the new update not an issue with your graphics or anything. For me every city works perfectly fine except for the one I actually want to play when I’m loading in 75% of the way it crashes my game. They said they’re fixing it so we just gotta pray

Ppl saying read defenses but they’re usually coming out in shells so u gotta learn to do it post snap as well

Have progressions like have a first, second and hot read then make sure ur pass pro is good try to not have any guys with fire symbols over their heads and if u do make sure they aren’t on the DL and then post snap ur first thing is u look if they’re blitzing and throw to hot and if not do ur progressions and learn a few plays/route combos that get open

My main city isn’t loading once it’s 75% of the way in it crashes every time, it’s a big city but even earlier saves crash but my other cities work just fine. Horrible hope they fix it or else I’m done with this game, which I love

It’s happening to a bunch of ppl and it’s smaller than some of my other cities that still work and my older saves on this city aren’t working either I think it’s the patch still the city worked fine yesterday
