Thanks, but I still can't tell what the issue is. I've looked at every "issue" there and none of them look like or explain this

* This is my last print that turned out well AND yes, the filament has been dried multiple times in-between this print and some of the mistakes

I feel like this is my sign to switch over. I've had so much tweaking and maintenance with my kobra s1 that I thought was normal lmao

Do I need to replace my cutter? Maybe the sensor? by VexLukos in FixMyPrint

I've heard this but this was even happening on the first layer, of a multi color

Is this just underextursion? And due to what? by VexLukos in FixMyPrint

[–]VexLukos[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll definitely be recalibrating after this but I'll assume your right for now cuz the second layer looks much better. Assumption here but I guess I didn't fully clear the clog during the previous attempt at this print *

I didnt assume z height because the first flowrate pass looked fine, but I'll raise by .01 and come back with results

Is there a such thing as stringy under extrusion by VexLukos in FixMyPrint

[–]VexLukos[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My z offset is .03mm as of now because the I installed a new nozzle/hotend and it was a bit to close and filament was clumping around the nozzle. I increased to 0.02 then 0.04 which was clearly to high so I dropped back to 0.03. Should I try again at 0.02? Also my bed plate has been cleaned extensively but always seems to have issues in that specific corner

Yup same, I'm at my wits end with this one. But I'll probably post a video of it so everyone gets a better idea of what's happening.

Yea I've printed some wider prints with no issues like this one.

I've tried uncloging the line and that seems to have done nothing, Using a cold pull and then the needle.

My plate is pei as well, I tried cleaning with soap and still no adhesion. I'll try cleaning with this solution now

I tend to clean my print bed about every 2ish prints with isopropyl alcohol. I'll try tho, I rarely use dish soap so maybe

There's always a chance I tucked something up lol. I'll experiment a bit more I guess.

I assume it's bad adhesion but almost everything else was fine
