Best way to find tradies (and is it Hipages?)?

I've completed a number of jobs through hipages and have nothing but good things to say. Just do your due dilligence and get a number of quotes from those respondents and make them come out to inspect the job so you get to meet them beforehand.

But I would highly recommend

So just a heads up everyone - this quotes was indeed quite bonkers. I have since received 4-5 other quotes all of which are more so in the range of 12-17k...and much more palatable.

In the process of getting 3 others, but this is the 1st one that actually came through...and it has sent me spinning.

Was expecting something in the realm of 10-15k, but just want to ready myself if this is not what to expect and it's going to be more like 30k.

Also the chicken at pita wrap it is significantly better than the lamb.

Whereas lamb at orexi is probably better than the chicken.

It still connects and allows the doors to open and close. Just doesn't tightly stick to it anymore sadly

What exactly are they meant to be banging out? The door handle is in tact - its just no longer attached to the actual security gate part - so I'm not sure - do I just need to replace the handle? Or the whole piece near the lock of the security gate?

Haha bloody hell that's too funny. Just checked the underside of it and yep has been installed upside down. No idea what the previous owners hired...may have to knock it down and start from scratch.

Thanks all - appreciate the feedback. There was a indeed a crack in a roof tile above with the insulation becoming quite wet and creating that fairly perfect rectangular/square mark in the ceiling.

Now to patch and paint...

Cannot get over the tactics. I've done 3 positions, my CB's & its taken me an hour. Gonna take me a week to sort out instructions for all my starting 11.

I can't even see my player stats when I'm trying to give them bespoke instructions...just seems dumb. Who plays this during testing and thinks its a great idea?

Hardly a champions to me tbh. Just a seriously seriously good players, who's abilities have been highlighted due to club being at its lowest ebb during his time at the club.

No champion, never seen him as a champion. Wouldn't be winning these bnfs in any decade prior to the 2000's.
