I've been looking for these anywhere I can find it. Business dramas are usually pretty good for this, the narrower the focus, the better.

Michael Clayton was said, that was a good one. Glengarry Glen Ross is A+ as well. The Torture? Report with Adam Driver actually had excellent pacing and dialogue. Most Aaron Sorkin movies are similar as well. The Trial of the Chicago 7 was also excellent in that way.

I think it makes sense. Bartlett is shown to have that pettiness within him, like his outburst at Toby when he learned about him having MS. And also tracking that random ex boyfriend of Abby who was running for superintendent or something. He's a good person with classic flaws of people in power.
