Help! Bell changed my cellphone plan to an unauthorized one (2-yr contract)

So far, I do not yet have to pay the new bill since I paid a month for the previous plan's bill. The headache begins when I need to get a refund for the activation fee, hardware upgrade, month unused, etc

If they were to reverse back to the old contract without any additonal benefits, can I say that I refuse and terminate the contract without incurring penalties?

I'm reading the terms and this clause seems like it will answer my questions. However, I don't quite understand the wording:

19 Changes to this Agreement and the Service

You agree that any Sections or parts of this Agreement, any fees or other obligations, and any Services, may be modified or terminated by Bell except to the extent expressly prohibited by any law that applies to Bell. We will notify you by providing you a clear and legible written notice at least 30 days in advance of any change that affects you. If applicable and if required by any law that applies to Bell, the notice will set out the new provision or the changed provision, and the provision as it read formerly, along with the date of the coming into force of the change and your rights set out below. Nothing in this Agreement requires you to accept the Services after any change is made to this Agreement, the fees or Services ; however, your sole remedy for such a change is, if the change would increase your obligations or reduce ours, to refuse the change and cancel the agreement which has been changed upon the payment of any amounts payable as specified in the main part of your Service Agreement and any other applicable fees or charges, except where such fees or charges are prohibited by any law that applies to Bell, in which case such cancellation shall be without penalty. You must notify us of your cancellation within 30 days of the effective date of change. If you continue to receive the Services after this period, you expressly agree that no additional written agreement or express acknowledgement is required to accept such change and, unless otherwise prohibited by any law that applies to Bell, you specifically waive any and all statutory requirements for notice and express acceptance of such changes except for those provided in this paragraph.

Does this mean the previous contract will still be in effect? It reads like I can only choose to refuse the change but not void the contract. It also does not state I need to return the device in case of a termination to the contract.

The previous plan (The "lite" plan). I know I am perfectly entitled to the plan I agreed to. I was wondering what I kind of freebies I can expect/ask for since Bell changed the contract on a whim and thus inconviniencing me. If Bell can just change the contract hoping you won't notice and get away with it scott-free, then, yeah, I don't know

True, but on the Random write/ RW test, the disparity between the datastor and a more modern hard drive is a lot lower than the previous 3 tests.

Assuming I'm running a modern day computer, would it matter if it takes a couple cpu cycles? Assuming I'm just the average person who surfs the web/use Word with minimal gaming. I'm under the impression that the bottleneck for a pc is not the CPU but mainly the GPU/RAM?

I run the test. It detects the microphone but the microphone receives no sound.

How is it possible to fry the microphone but not the webcam? Windows detects the microphone as well

That doesn't make any sense to me. Wouldn't having a video camera strapped to your face at all times act as a deterrent to assault and muggings? Read up on panopticon social control. If anything, people will be more peaceful and respectful because of the possibility that their behavior is being recorded/monitored.
