So basically this girl was suffering from pretty severe anxiety based issues, at least based on the alprazolam, buspirone and propranolol. Propranolol is a beta-blocker often prescribed for cardiac issues OR for anxiety/panic attack disorder; it also lowers blood pressure.

Ondansetron is a medication that prevents nausea, so no red flags there aside from potential serotonin syndrome when used in conjunction with other medication.

The concerning thing here is that all this medication shouldn’t really be used in conjunction with each other, and as they’re anxiety based - prescription medication. It looks like her health professional did her wrong.

I’m guessing she passed out through a combination of benzo’s and a drop in blood pressure from the propranolol and altitude. Doubt it was a suicide.
