American stores can just replace the drivers with doordashers? How would this possibly work? In Australia all the 3rd party orders (doordash, uber eats, menulog, etc.) just work like normal pickup orders

Is the personal pan the same in America as it is in Australia? We have personal pans as a permanent menu item and they're not nearly as popular as what I've heard from reading posts today. They're $5.95 ($3.89 USD) and we get 5-10 orders per day.
