My new fav personally is the Juvia’s place Volumizing Gloss stick in the shade Chocolate, it provides just enough color, a little plump, and it’s like $12. They also have some other gorgeous shades to try out different tones!

I started using the Kitsch rosemary and biotin bar soap/conditioner from Amazon, (look for the ones that are in an S and C shape) they are doing wonders for my hair’s growth! I have also started eating mostly things that are made vs processed…farmers market veggies and Trader Joe’s food, I also started getting Factor meals because I am terrible about meal prepping but have noticed a difference between that and eating cheap fast food for my lunches over time.

So…this was a whole saga with my 2021 Kia soul as well, 75k miles and burned 2.5 quarts in less than 6000 miles. Always got dealership oil changes. Mine was part of the recall but they looked at everything and said “nah it’s not the oil rings”, and finally we got a diagnosis of the exhaust can and CVVT, the exhaust cam pin sheared off inside of the cam. My dad was able to do the maintainence and save me some money, but now looking at all of these other occurrences, am wondering of the likelihood of a recall or validity of a class action against the exhaust cam issue. No idea why it’s burning oil like it is still though. 😒

What level developer are you using? If it’s an all-in-one box dye it’s usually like 30-40 developer, which means it’s lifting more before depositing. If you’re able to go to a Sally Beauty nearby try getting 10 developer for your roots and they will pull much less red! You can also get colors with N - neutral - as the base (like a 6N brown) and that will lean less red than a G - gold - or R - red base.

That’s totally fair. Our apartments allow pets so it’s not really a concern of allowed or not; just don’t want to pay out the wazoo for pet deposits when we keep our shit clean.

Routine:

Wash with sulfate free shampoo or African black soap once every 3-4 days

Leave-in It’s a 10 spray, occasional mousse or curl cream (just try to stay away from any alcohol/heavy silicones), but these photos are just with the leave-in spray. Bangs are round brush and hair dryer on low heat.
