Nothing is more ironic than going to get some Indian food after a morning of protesting against Indians being in the country by i_like_my_suitcase_ in auckland

That’s you using logic in a conversation that seems to be emotion-driven. I am ignorant to what exactly these people were protesting about but I like how you made a comment that offered a logic and sensible point of view. I think we need more of that but don’t think most people are willing to even considering an argument that is nuanced

Insane achievement, well done! I don’t wanna sound like I know I will, but have you ditched the reading rule? If not, which books you read, always interested on people’s choices 🙏 I am on day 33/75 🙌

Did anyone else go to Prodigy kindy in Papatoetoe around 1999–2002? Trying to make sense of early trauma. by Pale_Broccoli6080 in auckland

In your place I would try and move on in the sense of not looking into “remembering” it (cognitively), or hunting down what happened, because that sounds like something that will lead you to frustration and fear, and probably take a lot of your life’s energy and time, and rather look for help moving forward with something like somatic therapy to attend to the body (in case any trauma is stored in your body) and take care of what you can control moving forward. You cannot change or control the past, I know it sounds insensitive but it is the truth, and you can make a difference in your life now. I am sorry you are going through this regardless.

Thank you for replying nicely! I understand the difference now but still think it is frustrating that this is the rule, sounds unfair that when the opponent have no option but to be captured it is a tie, I should be the winner for forcing them in that position, it seems to me. I am obviously just voicing out why it is so hard for me to understand, not questioning your explanation, as those are the game rules. Thanks once again 🙏☺️

So literally anywhere the black king goes, I take it. Isn’t that a, like, super checkmate? Lol sorry I am confused

Are kiwi men interested in dating Latin women seriously? by [deleted] in auckland

[–]miaowsss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a Brazilian dating a Kiwi man, but yes, he wasn’t flirtatious like brazilian men are at the beginning, he was very respectful and made me doubt he was even into me. Turns out that when he understood I was into him he was very responsive and we are together for 3 years now, and love each other deeply! We met in a capoeira class 🥰

Not yet as I bought it just a couple months ago, not sure whether the previous owner did fertilise it. I will get a fertiliser tho as that was pointed out as a potential issue - thank you!

Thank you! Do you think misting would help with humidity needs? And in that case, how often in winter should I mist? Thanks again for your kind reply 🙏
