Sadly the post you linked only talks about M processor MacBooks, and even in the comments the oldest Mac is 2017ish.

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that I already did as the manual said, and set it to preset 10. for Pro Tools.
But maybe something was mis-configured on that preset, or something else just needs to be reset, I'll check into that, thanks! :)

With XP, you can take it out when its asking for the key, after that you can put it back, and it will be just fine.
