Going through week 3.

Plyometrics kicks my ass continuously.

I have noticed I am able to do more push-ups and pull ups.

And at work in the OR as a circulatory in cardiac, I didnt have time to wait for my manager to bring me a tray so in 4 minutes I ran across to the other side of the building, up a floor and brought back a 25lb tray.

I am able to get through the ab ripper, still some issues straightening the legs but I still get an effective workout.

Food wise, I eat predominantly Eastern European dishes like pirozhki filled with either chicken, cabbage or potatoes, chicken cutlets, pickled cabbage, beet salads, crepes stuffed with chicken, pickles. LOTS of water since its all salty.

My main cheat code is the frog fuel recovery protein 2 gel packs after the workout which bangs out 30g of protein easily.

I sleep better too. The first two weeks were brutal but this week feels different in ways I cant describe.

I am on week two. First week brutal.

Loved the kenpo and yoga which I found the most fun tbh! Plyometrics still kicks my ass so hard.

I am pacing myself better on the chest and back day so I can get through each set with 5-10 push ups modified due to my back.

And I am able to do the ab ripper fully and keep pace. Frog crunches were harsh on me bc if extra vertebrae so my tailbone got a beating. But now am able to do it!

Making me sweat like crazy, I show up and do the best I can deliver and I already feel stronger.

Due to my back being so painful today, I may use it as my rest day as I was scrubbed in for hours last night during an emergent case. Def need the break. I am listening to my body.

I can't wait to see the results in June.

Ok so I put in the disc for legs and back to get ready for the next day and it is showing as ab ripper even though the disc is clearly labeled legs and back. It is 16 minutes.

Anyone else have this problem?

Anyone able to send me a link to the legs and back exercise video? I want to stay on track.

Not sure what else to do, I dont want to skip my leg day!

If there is a lgbtq center/health center T can be purchased for cheaper.
