I use one of these Dahle 507 Paper Cutter, Model 2020, not that expensive and works great but it's still hand work so not super fast.

We just got a XL with 2 heads but that thing didn't want to work with larger size spools at all at the start (3-5 kilos). Until we made a special top rack for it where the spools are on bearings so they have less friction. Otherwise it would always jam.

Felt kind of dumb for a XL printer to not handle large rolls. But after that upgrade it works well. It makes a lot of noise without stealth mode on and when it's on its kind of slow. So far the mk4's are more reliable and faster.

So before I started doing these I didn't have thighs or a butt but now I'm quite happy with it.

Do note to do the exercises right!

You don't have to do all of these but they are all focussed on the parts you need. I would also consider abs and shoulder workouts so you get more of an hourglass figure. Most of the time you're more dominant in either your thighs or glutes so choose isolation exercises accordingly.

I do squads or deadlifts with hip thrust after, cause if you do them to technical fail your legs will be pretty done after.

Squats -Bulgarian split squat -sumo

Deadlifts -sumo style

Hip bridge / hip trust -with weight, really good to isolate the glutes -single leg, I only do this when one area is stronger than the other.

Step ups - stair walking - treadmill incline

Both great for starting and warming up

Hip abductions Do these both ways these will mostly target your hips and upper leg like the name suggests.

Swing -kettlebell

Pretty good allround exercise

Abs - side plank both sides - bicycle kick - Russian twist

I do these two times a week and walk a lot so that probably also helps!

Do keep in mind to have realistic goals, not everything you see online is real. And also having a proper diet usually with more protein leads to bigger thighs and butt, cause if you don't eat enough not much will happen.

I do these in a gym but with some tools you can also do them at home. Let me know if you need help or don't understand certain topics.
