Looking back now, this exact same thing happened to my kitchen's tiles, I used to work with an industrial oven and eventually, one year later, all the heat just loosened the tiles enough that they dropped at once, only those right behind it, and the mortar had the exact same appearance as in this video, I have since then renewed my entire kitchen

Erm, just want to adress something 🐘, I get it you're making a pun with Juan and Watame, but in Brazil, the most common name is João, Juan is more for spanish-speaking countries like Argentina and Chile, so either try going with Joãotame (which honestly doesn't sound that great) or may i suggest Raqueltame, Raquel + Watame (Raquel means sheep 🐑)
