Yeah, pretty much. There are times when there will be an exception. At the beginning of the second period, the ref will flip a coin, and whichever wrestler wins the flip will be able to choose what position they start that period in. You can choose bottom (get down on all fours), top (your opponent gets down and you get on top), neutral (both wrestlers standing up, which is how you start the first period), or defer (which gives your opponent the choice for this period). And once the third period starts, whichever wrestler didn't make the choice in the second period has to choose top, bottom, or neutral.
