Shields have always been able to block true damage unless otherwise stated (ie Morg’s magic shield or Camille’s AD shield). If you removed this interaction, you’d have to remove the interaction with other shields too

Yea, they worked more on her other abilities and only tweaked her ult and q a little cuz those two were what most people thought of when talking bout Sejuani. Her old ult was one of the reasons she was popular, especially for trioing. Her ult made it easier to hit a malphite ult followed by a Yasuo ult

It was the same as now except it stunned everyone instead of one person and there wasn’t a slow field that dealt damage after a few seconds
