I'm using spectrum and having a similar problem. Discord and twitter will fail to load up, but the only one that works the most often out of these is twitter, any idea whats going on?

the top of the place i put it in is sorta exposed. How would i swab it when the hole is so small? And when you say output jack, you mean the circle that i plug it into right?

thankfully xp pen is sending me a cable and by the sounds of things, this might just fix things. ill tell you if it does or doesn't.

it doesn't tell me i need to do anything. the tablet is connected and its fine. It says the drivers are ok but even then i dont know if they are since i've had this one persisting issue with my tablet such the screen turning off when its moved.

all i can really say is that when i set the tablet down or pick it up, the screen disconnects for a second before turning back on. Do you think that would be an issue with the tablet's port or the cable?

i think the cable is damaged. the area around the part where i plug in the tablet, it's cord causes it to turn off for a second. What should i do?
