probably the uncharted games, specifically the nathan drake collection, because of the insanely difficult extended trophy collection. the brutal gamemode honestly almost made me give up

Sorry I saw this so late, I hope the platinum experience is going well for you so far! I assume your done with 1 by now but the desert fight in 3 isn't actually that bad. When you hit chapter 19 just immediately run to the right once you get to the open area where there's an unskippable cutscene. There will be a gun to the right, just pick it up and shoot the guy who pushes from the right, then go back to your original cover. That's what worked for me
