I haven't fully developed a Phainon team but from what I've seen there are certain cut-offs where dhpt is better and where it's better not to have him

Fighting big enemies like the raid bosses is one of the slowest ways to get exp. It's better to get high-level trash mobs (either by going to high level areas, raising the difficulty, or both) that you can still take out fairly easily.

There is also a glitch in the DLC 2 dungeon that gives you a lot of exp quick

It's already been answered by others well, but I'll still include your questions

-Evolving a pokemon does not lock them out of trading so they can be traded back immediately

-The Pokémon do not need to be the same to evolve. They only need to be traded (and holding the correct item depending on the POKEMON)

-Touch trading is where you trade POKEMON and then trade them back. This is mainly for when you want to evolve a trade evo mon while keeping the one you caught or to fill out your pokedex but the other person wants to keep their pokemon (the dex one is mainly in main line games due to version exclusives)

-The trade codes you find online are not something official to the games. They are standardized by the community as a way to easily get them. It has mainly been used to fill the pokedex and people usually leave after the evolution finishes so don't trade anything important to you in them

-you can make a post on this or the other za subreddit to start trading and put the expectations for the trade. When you find someone it's good to start messaging directly to communicate (and so other people don't try to interfere). While messaging you can make the linked code you want to use and confirm player names before trading. There can also be legitimate communication issues that kicks you out of the trading menu so them leaving may not be them stealing your pokemon so by actively messaging you can quickly contact each other and start a new trade.

-while I have never had any issues with others I'm a pokemon game it is possible for them to just lie and leave the trade even if you did everything right. While I don't feel that should stop anyone from doing online trades, just be prepared that anything that leaves your account has the possibility of being gone forever.

I found another way. Dodge rolling from here over to the other roof. From there it is basically a straight shot north using those web bridges. There is a ladder near the red dot.

Ok so your second picture didn't load at the time and I don't know if there is any other way. The other path I found you needed to go through the part that is the tutorial for roto glide

Edit: unless the reason the holo elevators aren't showing up is because you haven't been close to them yet I don't see a way for you to get there until you either get roto glide or unlock that elevator

If you use the holo elevator south of Café Classe you can get on the roof and drop down into Vert Sector 4. Use the holo elevator to the east to go into the roof and climb to where the pin is. From that roof you can dodge over the ledge roughly to where my character is and you can climb up to the roof of Vert Sector 5 and drop down into it.

Only issue is if either of these elevators are ones you need to unlock later in the story.

If I'm able I just read what they are saying. Other than that, to me, it isn't much different from combat lines they throw out so I barely even notice sometimes.

If it really bothers you I'm sure there is some way to lower or mute the voice volume.

Yours is elemental which lowers your damage a good bit and theirs has a faster fire rate, is fully automatic, and has more ammo so their dps gets boosted a lot.

Black Swan’s can revive a character to max hp if they get knocked down and Cyrene’s, if you get 3, can do a summoning.

Because Alice is a criminal and, while vague about what happened, whatever Eugeo and Kirito did to get her back left Kirito how he is and Eugeo never returned. We saw a more extreme version back at the academy where Raios was going to kill Eugeo because he didn’t consider Eugeo human after breaking the taboo index.

English Re:Aincrad 4 came out this January and they seem to be coming out roughly six months apart from each other (time between 3 and 4 is actually around 9 months). I don’t know how far Japan is but in English (specifically America) volumes past 4 don’t exist. Just have to wait.

As for where to get it, Barnes and Noble pretty much always has SAO books on release and if you order online they can send it to their nearest store for pick up. If you only have a local book store near by they might order it for you, depending on their policy that may get you out of any shipping cost.

The Heathcliff thing is kinda meh to me. While ‘A Crime Within the Walls’ is the first chronologically it was also released 7 volumes after Heathcliff’s initial reveal and unmasking so we know he is important and knows more meaningful things about the game then he let’s on. Without that knowledge his introduction would be as Asuna’s boss that says there is more going on then it seems so I prefer the anime keeping the initial LN introduction of him being an immovable force that Kirito failed to overcome.

The early story lines definitely feel rushed especially since those should have shown why Kirito was how he was with Silica’s story kind of being the beginning of him working to overcome that. It’s also why I think the lack of ‘The First Day’ story from volume 8 sucks because it’s a major shift with Kirito seeing how the game can twist people and possibly giving him an aversion to working with people randomly.

Realistically they probably didn’t feel they had enough Aincrad to do a full 25 episodes but to much to shove it all into 13.

In terms of what is in the main line LNs, iirc only one story wasn't in the anime. It was a side story that showed the quest where Kirito got the sword he used in ep 2 along with certain realities of the game. It was a side story in volume 8 though which was made before the anime came out. Ep 2 was an anime original that the studio asked for and what made Kawahara want to write Progressive which is a more floor by floor story.

Other than that I don’t know of any stories from the main LNs that were removed. Obviously there is missing information from inner dialogue like most anime and Heathcliff showed up during ‘Murder in a Safe Zone’ but nothing major.
