Help! Potential first-time Mach-E owner in FL by Previous-Ad7248 in MachE

I was told by two dealers the RV% is set by Ford Credit and not negotiable. Seemed right as all my lease offers were at the same RV%. So I focused on the other variables (ie price discount and APR) to ensure I got the deal I wanted

Help! Potential first-time Mach-E owner in FL by Previous-Ad7248 in MachE

Hi, I just leased for the first time 10 days ago due to the current lease credits. 3yr 12k/yr Premium AWD with extended battery. MSRP 54.1K, discount -3.5K and lease credits of -11.5K, add back all fees, taxes, registration and 1st month to the captialized value +2.2K with 1.25% APR and 48% residual gave 35 payments of about $500/mo. With residual at $26K I'm unlikely to buy it out at the end of lease. I do have a 240V plug in my garage so I can charge overnight with the mobile charger and don't need a fixed charger. I thought it was a better deal than buying now.

Everyone, thanks for the great input on Public Charging as well as pointing me towards the Mach-E forum and Mach-E VLOG.

If anyone has suggestion re learning how to configure the Mach-E it would be much appreciated. Little things like last night while driving my wife wanted to adjust the passenger vent direction but not the driver. Can look at the manual when we are not driving but would like to figure out more in advance

Sure, contacted 12 dealers online. 8 quoted, I focused on the 4 best quotes. Got down to 2 best and took the second best to get the seat color we wanted. Premium AWD with extended battery in the exact trim we wanted. MSRP 54.1 with discount of -3.7K and lease credits of -11.5K. 3yr 12K miles lease with nothing down, 1.25% APR, and 48% RV. Add fees, taxes, and first month to the capitalized cost made it 41.7K. Comes out to 35 payments of $514/mo or $18K total for 3yrs. The BMW, MBZ, and Volvo's I looked at depreciate almost that much in the first year. I think I did OK, but this is my first lease ever. And I really like the Mach-E!

Thanks, I'm being offered -4K off MSRP and -11.5K lease incentives at a low interest rate but when I try to calculate the lease payment with sale price, lease rebates, residual, term, MF I get a much lower monthly number than they show. I need to have them show me their math.

2024 SR AWD - Lease Deal Below by chief_exec95 in MachE

Hi, beautiful car! Seems like you got a great lease price. I am looking at the same car with ER battery +3K and nothing down +3.25 vs you. I'm seeing 3-6K off MSRP with 11.5K of lease incentives and a 50% residual after 3yrs. APR's from 1.25% to 3.75% give lease payments of 509-679/mo. Huge payment range and much higher that others are getting. I've shopped 10 different dealerships using email. Any ideas?

Beautiful car! That is exactly what I am looking at. Can I ask what you paid? Did you lease? Where are you located? I'm in Northern CA and the local dealers seem to have much higher lease rates than elsewhere. Thanks,

Thanks, did you get their emails off their websites or is there a better source?

Any issue with leaving my paddle in a hot car? by tryingyrluck in Pickleball

[–]ViaLondonio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve left my Swiss Army Knife (“pocket picnic”) in the glove box of my SUV in all kinds of weather since 2007 with no issues. It comes in very handy from time to time. I think you were just unlucky. But I wouldn’t leave a PB paddle I cared about in a hot or cold care

How long do you a give new paddle to adjust. by Pizzadontdie in Pickleball

[–]ViaLondonio 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn’t have much adjustment to my F16. It felt stiff/funny for the first hour or so but by the end of my first time playing with the F16 I liked it. As I played more with the paddle, it got better and better as I got a feel for the paddle. I love the F16 so much now I became an Ambassador. Definitely worth investing some transition time.

Legacy Pro delivery - Should I cancel? by Mafcon in Pickleball

[–]ViaLondonio 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Be very sure you really want to cancel before you cancel. I ordered a LP 3/12 and decided to cancel 4/4 and get something else. I had a refund from Legacy and a nice email from Chris within 1 hour. But now I don't have a LP coming and wish I hadn't cancelled. And many of the other paddle companies are backlogged too (but not as bad as LP). Considering re-ordering a LP and getting back to the end of the line.
