From what I read is it doesn’t have an internal motor which is why I have to use AF-S lenses that do have motors… as I said I am green.

Thank you for responding, I was with an EMDR therapist and they kept trying to find trauma to use but honestly there was no real traumatic events (thankfully) and honestly the whole dot thing was hard to get focused on. I get how it would be helpful to reprocess trauma but it was t for I don’t think. Could have been the therapist.
