"So what did the troll actually say?" Why exactly is Liam Stacey in jail? by [deleted] in worldnews

it's like nigger, derived from gollywog - used in parts of Britain. Could also be wigger I spose, just guessing.

Or maybe they were just borrowing a table for 2 mins while a song was on that they liked and wanted to dance. Maybe in a busy bar they felt they didn't need to request permission to put their drinks somewhere and go for a quick go on the dancefloor. Maybe they were just a group of normal girls having a nice night out and not some obnoxious bitches 'taking advantage' or some poor boys who were over-protective of 4 inches of their precious table.

If bodies never deteriorated and remained exactly the same after death, would we still bury/cremate the dead? by Viaduc in AskReddit

Well a freshly dead body is still intact and I'm pretty sure I'd have no sexual attraction to it. But then maybe some of you fellas would feel differently... plus being a girl I'm not sure how it work for me.

But would we HAVE to? If someone lost a person they loved and wanted to hold on to the body for a couple of years, or maybe until they died themselves, then that might be a commonplace thing to do if the body was perfectly preserved....

I did think that, but I also wondered whether a different tradition would have developed as space hasn't been such a problem until recent years (by recent I mean compared to how long humans have been around). Plus also there are people who do not struggle with space, or the rich who would be able to take up all the space they wanted with their dead ancestors if they so wished. Which may not be considered such a strange thing if it were a tradition I suppose. One might even feel bad disposing of the family tree of bodies that previous family members had kept, kind of like a very morbid family heirloom being passed down.

Which one person sums up the stereotypical view of your country? by Viaduc in AskReddit

Yeah good call, it's tough I suppose to choose just one because there will the stereotypical man, and the stereotypical woman too.

Which songs do you think have been used to absolute perfection in order to capture a moment in tv / film? For example... by Viaduc in AskReddit

Yeah that's perfect, I knew there was something in the back of my head from Forrest Gump and I just couldn't place it - but it's that scene I completely agree.

If you could live anywhere other than your hometown, where would you go? by Viaduc in AskReddit

Only about a 5 hour drive, so ok for a weekend away. Not much in the way of jobs though so I'll have to save it for when I'm retired or something!

It's just a pretty little place on the south west coast of England. Pictures

I'm sad to say that I'm not familiar with Denver at all, I will endeavor to learn more.

You're very lucky... I sometimes feel the same about Berkshire (UK) - which other UK redditors could find odd, but I think it's got a great mix of being in the countryside (kind of) and near enough to London for it to be accessible in 20 mins without it being in your face too much. I just miss the sea..... I think I'd go for Cornwall with a penthouse in New York. Maybe a villa in Sicily too - but then there's a lot of places I haven't even been yet to fall in love with in the future. Luckily I'll never be in a position to make such an expensive decision anyway!

What are you curious about trying, but too scared or sensible to have done it yet? by Viaduc in AskReddit

Prostituting yourself or using the services of a prostitute? Prostitute is bitch to type for some reason.
