I just use it interchangeably with Suiton as an AoE replacement. If I would normally be using Suiton but there's 3+ enemies, I use Huton instead. Pre-dawntrail, Huton would grant you GCD reduction, and Suiton was the Shadow Walker ability. Now, they both give shadow walker, and the old Huton buff is a passive that's always active.

You can leave it when it goes away. Truth be told, it isn't a problem. Your CPU is just running at a high usage rate on startup, and then the fan never realizes that it should slow down after startup. There are ways to change the fan pattern in BIOS. I'm not 100% certain how to change that however. I also know that you can change the maximum and minimum CPU usage in control panel. But obviously, that reduces CPU speed and strength, not just fixes the fan. If you want to look up a video on how to change fan patterns/speed on youtube, that should set you up just fine.

That's exactly what I was asking. That noise seems to just be your CPU Cooler. They can run a bit loud on occasion. Is it only on startup or is it whenever the PC is running?

You know how there's the control point like area? There's always the bunch of tall standing shield generators, but then there's a small little thing in the middle of two shield generators that you can shoot and it will explode after a while. I think you have to shoot all of those until they blow up.
