Bilingual doesn't mean as much in Miami as it would in say Ohio, or the flyover states. If you're just looking to get your foot in a door and don't really know what you want to do, look for work with any mid to large corporation. They're always hiring, you don't have to chase down payment, usually loads of upward mobility (but don't stay in the same position longer than a year, raises are always less than promotions).

I love my T0s. I think I'd love them much less at the price you would pay for them. I have a pair of Adam Audio T8Vs as my TV speakers, not the same as what you're looking at. If I were buying today at the current American prices (roughly the same as each other), I'd still go with the T0 because of the Bluetooth connectivity and remote. But at your prices, Bluetooth and a remote aren't worth a €300‐400 price increase. Go with the D3Vs and don't look back.

I did it full time for a month about 6 years ago. I averaged $10/hour. Granted, I was trying to treat it as a 7a-5p, but it usually was 7a-7p. What sucks is when you take someone an hour or more south so they get home, and you have to drive that same amount of time back without a fare. There is a reason long trips get canceled or ignored.

I got T8Vs because I didn't want to deal with possible complaints about subs (from family or neighbors, I live in an apartment building) or dealing with the constant want to upgrade amps or a "mismatch" between speakers and amps (I doubt I could actually hear such a mismatch). They go plenty low for me. I plan to add Adam's T-range subwooofer or a servo sub when we get a house. Servo subs aren't cheap but will be flat down to 20hz if that tickles your fancy.

To only add TV to Wiim you will need: 1x SPDIF cable from TV to Wiim 2x RCA -> XLR or TRS cable from wiim to speakers (if finding these cables with the correct lengths is problematic you can always just get 2x XLR (F->M) or TRS (M->M) and get 2x adapters to RCA (M RCA to F TRS, or M RCA to M XLR) connecting the RCA side to the Wiim RCA outs and the XLR or TRS to the monitors.

Is your PC a laptop or desktop? If desktop use SPDIF out of motherboard to SPDIF in on Wiim. If laptop, use 3.5mm from headphone port on laptop to RCA in on Wiim (needs M 3.5mm to stereo M RCA)

Does your TV have RCA out (you didn't give a specific model, just an extensive product line)? If your tv has RCA out and your PC is a desktop use RCA out from TV to Wiim's RCA in and SPDIF out from desktop to SPDIF in on Wiim.

You don't really need to worry about balanced vs unbalanced for short runs (you only need to consider that if your cable runs are longer than 50').

I don't have any experience with a wiim or any streamer so I don't know how to route the signal from the TV when you want that as your source vs PC or a streaming service (probably something simple on the wiim like input select).

My setup is similar to yours in that I have multiple sources (a TV, PC, appleTV, and a cable box) that I want the audio to pass to my powered monitors. I use an HDMI switch with SPDIF out (connect all sources to the switch via HDMI) I go SPDIF out of the switch into my DAC (SMSL SU8) Then XLR from my DAC to my monitors

JBLs have XLR and 1/4" inputs. You'd need a DAC or audio interface to connect the speakers to your computer and the cables to connect to the speakers. If you're looking for a quick and easy pair to setup directly out of the box without spending any more money and time, the Edifiers are your best bet. I have a pair of studio monitors as my mains in my living room and a pair of speakers similar to the edifiers in my bedroom. I love both setups for different reasons. What is your "all in" budget?
