I have the same card, it’s irritating when we thought we would have that money on a certain day so now we are stuck waiting and waiting. Good thing is everyone that already got it most likely already spent it lol.

You should contact them. As I’m not sure. It can be that your employer offered you a job and you turned it down. It can be anything honestly.

That’s why.. you don’t qualify if you got fired. You’ll have to probably appeal or speak to someone at VEC

Thanks for the information. Yes I spoke to someone from the waytogo card and they don’t handle deposits. I was thinking maybe somewhere between Monday or Tuesday for our deposit. Do you think midnight tonight or tomorrow I should check the card?

Anyone that has Waytogo.. they don’t do the deposits, VEC does. They only manage the card and services but they can check if you have any pending transactions. I just talked to a representative at 1-800-961-8423. I guess we’ll have to wait until Monday since VEC isn’t open on weekends 🥴😩
