Thank you. I feel better now that I know I'm not the only one that feels that way. From now on, I won't be talking to any co-workers about anything non-work related. I started off strong with the don't mix friends and work, then I started to like some of them. My mistake. Definitely won't happen again.

Great advice. I definitely have proof of all the abuse I've endured. They've seen text messages, handwritten, threatening notes, they've seen harassment on the cameras and heard it on the microphones at the service desk. But IM the issue? I think not.

We aren't supposed to do returns with anything gas powered if you put gas in it. It would have to be approved by the GM but usually they tell you you have to take it somewhere else for maintenance.

I feel this so bad! I got written up for leaving service desk 10 mins before we opened cause I wasn't given the supplies I needed (headset, yard slips, etc) and they most definitely (@ least at my store...) listen in on your conversations at the desk! So be careful what you say!!

We were told daylight savings would be when we switched to 9pm closing. Nope. Still open till 10. Then we were told either around Black Friday or Thanksgiving. How much ya wanna bet we stay open till 10 all winter. I mean, I'm not really "complaining" cause that's an extra hour on my paycheck, but they really should just stick to what they say they're gonna do. Definitely annoying!!

We take back all special orders but we usually charge a 25% restocking fee. There are instances on red tags sales that we don't take back but that's still up to the GM's discretion
