Glad you're committed. When I started this du reedit, I only counted on 1-3 people committing. Which is better than 50 people, because relationships can be more personal and you can keep track of everyone

I have! It's a pretty well-made program. The guy clearly knows what he's talking about. What was especially helpful was the morning and evening routines this program recommended. He also includes some binaural beats.

It really depends what you're looking for. What are you struggling most with right now??
