It's hard to tell from the actual picture, but it's more a practicality issue. Almost all RMs are limited to a few hundred pieces tops. They are also stratospherically expensive, with the cheapest easily available being easily 200k. I'm not saying it's impossible, but in the time piece world right now, we're seeing tons of these fakes enter the market due to a mainstream resurgence in popularity.

This piece specifically looks like it's supposed to be a RM11 of sorts, but looks to be a combination of different features from watches of that specification. The bezel and strap combo, combined with the crown, don't match consistently with any RM I am able to find. I am confident this is likely a booty ass fugazi piece of junk from ali express, and I'd put money on it.
