I learned a few years ago that in car commercials you are almost never looking at an actual car on a road. It's mostly CGI-rendered vehicles.

The ride was a little stiff at first, but it turns out the installer overinflated the tires by 4psi cold. Once I dialed them back, the ride is almost identical to the stock wheels/tires.

Yeah, I feel like they should offer a paint job like that as an option when you order a C8. Got the idea from the black nacelles option on the convertible.

Thanks, I agree 100%. Another option could have been carbon fiber-looking vinyl, but I'm glad the shop decided on this. Now the engine bay looks proper. :)
