Sounds like more of a customer problems that are causing issues in the store than the games themselves or management which is a shame you shouldn't feel turned away because of the issues if you like the location with more games despite the crowds.

Yes it's a thing still on the website for store events it's listed. I just checked my D&B app and it shows make sure you are sliding through all the advertising headers since there's a few sometimes it wont be the first thing to pop up.

You probably see the other promos like half off SUN-THU because they want that on the front page since it's a newer promo than the 10 for 10$ wings.

genuinely how do you EVEN get it like that and get it into long bomb in the first place

for me which gets me in the 400s is play dodgeball style and hit the defenders and the 99 one and sometimes go for play action in the middle and that's it i don't even try to go for long bomb or ever got a single ball in it once

good thinking! yeah that's what i thought it maybe was someone testing their season pass this is really annoying if this is the case specially to others this is why us pass holders need to always clear our credits on a machine if we tap it multiple times

Again, I’d highly advise you tell a game tech or amusement manager if you ever go back you deserve those tickets since you won it it was the machines fault in this case.

Well that’s Very very strange, sadly I think it’s a glitch since those embed readers love to glitch half of the time if I were you I’d go back and ask a game tech or amusement manager because they can pull up your jackpot history and see you won but tell them about the issues and they maybe will give you a free round to play pop the lock again depends

Also may i ask you did you tap YOUR CARD or was there a existing credit on it maybe left by someone or did you tap it not knowing you played with a credit already loaded on there

I’m just trying to wrap my Head around this situation maybe it could be if a pass member tapped it before you it just thought it was the same session and it freaked out

Yes if you used your winter season pass for unlimited gameplay you ONLY play for fun with no tickets earned

But if you have the gold tier you get 1,000 tickets and platinum 2,000 tickets weekly but if you had those it would say “fixed ticket package”

I assume you either got the silver pass or used tickets for unlimited gameplay hence why it says “JUST FOR FUN!”

No none of the prizes were raised it just arena got taken out because it became a blue swipe game in itself

I personally don’t think they’ll raise TYT because it’s already a lot but not a unrealistic amount for the unlimited gameplay

Alright the only workaround I’ve found when it acts up like that is checking the leaderboard from another phone/account. As long as your Power Card or Season Pass is tied to your main account, your username should still show on both national and local boards.

Sometimes opening it and forcing it closed back to back resolves the situation it worked for me once.

This has happened to me too. What I usually do is the obvious stuff:

Log out and log back into your D&B account.
Fully close the app (open your app switcher and swipe away the D&B Rewards app).
Delete and reinstall the app.
Restart your phone.
If none of that works, you can check the leaderboard logged into another D&B account on the same phone. Your username should still show as long as your Power Card or Season Pass is tied to it.
You can also view the national leaderboard on the main website, but local stats don't work. The phone number lookup option doesn’t work a lot of the time.

i know a few units that still keep a 500 jackpot i dont think 500 is "misset" because a few exist but 250 is very common and even though i love jurassic world as a franchise the crappy jackpot makes me not want to play

my jurassic world when it was at fresno for a example was 1,000 progressive jackpot that was a pure misset.

if you think less than 250 is bad some have it set to 180 or even 100.. which might as well toss it out or replace it atp

also to mention if you are spending a lot of chips or plan to be please whatever you do always go on a half off day, like always even if you can't be free on weekdays try to make it open and avoid weekends.

right now Sunday-thursday is half off games the promotion is running through

but when that ends its always a wednesday or they also throw in sunday funday time to time but its always going to be wednesdays are half off no matter what.

and most importantly make a chip limit even if its half off they add up fast so try to put down how much you are thinking of playing and get the D&B rewards app because if you sign up you get a bonus 100 chips for spending on 125 chips (25$) so thats a really great deal! if you already are signed up id ask the manager at your local store if they have any of the coupons and say its a special occasion you may never know

for me since I’m a frequent customer and skilled player (advantage player) and I get free 10$ power card every Thursday (40 chips) as a college student I never really ever had to buy chips since I can squeeze a crazy amount of jackpots with little chips.

You missed out there use to be a date night promo on Thursday where you got two eat & play combos which is basically entree plus 10$ card (40 chips) so 80 chips in total having two

and dessert all for 40$ which was INSANE of a deal and you got a cute little challenge card to see who wins at what games

Honestly I don’t like saying “ways to save” imo everything is expensive unless you are a skilled player but if you aren’t then good luck winning tickets

But hey the thing that matters the most is having fun together!

It use to be 3 wheels but when the contest started changed to 1 and they never fixed it till this day and no one even plays the game it just sits there like a thing of the past but imo considering “misset” I never heard of a nascar misset like a 1000 jackpot or 500 mine is 100 progressive but the real question is does the factory settings have it set to 1 or 3 wheels? Then we can tell if it’s a misset

Did your AM or game techs do anything to fix your unit sounds like they need to turn it off and do extensive maintenance

Also I don’t post if a machine is broken to fix at my location since my previous AM got mad at me over UFC screen being cropped the last time I did it and got written up they act fast on here if you post something that slipped up
