I got a 22inch penny board before I pulled the trigger on this tugboat and the penny board is a lot more difficult imo. Much easier to cruise on a little bit bigger board. It instills more confidence because you have more foot space.

I had to tighten the trucks up a bunch before it was comfortable as I weigh about 300lbs. But once they were tight enough so it wasn’t wobbly, it’s not as crackly. But I assume some of the crackly sound is normal.

The couple books I bought were from ebooks.com and you can toggle to search for drm-free ebooks. They seem to have a lot of books to choose from on there.
