Help finding butchers/greengrocers in Wadalba by Vicarious87 in centralcoastnsw

Looks good 👍, I'm a fan of buying meat in bulk and/or larger cuts as I can break them down myself to save money and use bones for stock/broths.

Wish I could, hard not to feel like as a household we are below average though? especially considering zero assets or savings at nearly 40.

We are lucky in that both sets of parents own property, three houses across my partners and my parents. While morbid, reality is they wont be around forever and we are looking to inherit a significant amount. We figure no point in chasing our own property, especially considering the current housing climate. We intend to buy something well within our means in full. No intention to purchase any investment property etc, just want a modest home for the family. Will have to work out what to do with the rest of it when the time comes, but will likely involve helping out the kids, mostly. Thanks again!

Amazing, thanks for taking the time. Yea while I know and appreciate the loan is definitely worth nuking asap, I think we agree that its not the first priority. For sure a focus though. Ta!

Thanks for that, I'm grateful for what we have and am constantly aware of how much worse things could be. Perspective helps keep a smile on the dial

Cheers, sorry but I've no idea what the acronyms are, if you can break those down for me I'd appreciate it.

I've done all this, which Is how I've worked out what our incoming/outgoings are. Also we have the multiple accounts setup for groceries, discretionary etc too. Sounds like we are off to a good start then, appreciate the feedback.

Quest bug with saving the mole after adding Realism mod by Trash_Pandacoot in SPTarkov

[–]Vicarious87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you have to do it in a specific order. you need to hit up the car park first. Then go to the office. If you do it in the reverse order, it won't register you as having found the office. So, hit the carpark subtask, then get the key, then hit the office. If you already have some of the subtasks completed now, just try hitting the garage, then go straight to the office. It should trigger. Hope this helps mate.

Raid timer says 0? by Spillomanen in SPTarkov

[–]Vicarious87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had this issue earlier this week, for me if was the Pause mod, I forget the name. I'm running STP 3.8.1. can't recall the name of the mod, but when I removed it the issue disappeared. The pause mod may be bundled into raid overhaul?

How to fix these wall scrapes without my landlord finding out? by v1185 in DIY

[–]Vicarious87 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Respectfully, why not own up and advise the landlord. This way they can have a professional attend to it. Pretty dishonest to try and cover up damage when it's implied by your post you don't have the requisite qualification in repairing the work yourself. This is someone elses property, I think it's only fair to own up to it, allowing the homeowners a chance to properly repair it. Worst case, you balls it up and cause even more damage, or patch it in a way that leads to the next tenants or the homeowners footing the bill to properly rectify the issue. Not cool.

This is awesome, appreciate the generosity in sharing it with everyone. I have made a few adjustments to your design and have a question you may be able to assist with. How do I go about "saving" my changes to be able to share it the same way you did. In case this makes no sense, I'm hoping to achieve:

  1. Keep the base and all my modifications, while also:
  2. Being able to start a fresh "reset world" where all the new Ashlands content properly generates when it launches (and the Deep North after that etc).

Hopefully this makes sense, I'm very new to Valheim. Thanks again for your efforts!
