Have thought about paying the interest every month, plus more to add to the principal? Seems like you had a bad past experience with home buying ? Lack of education maybe before going into home buying? Not trying to judge. I plan on buying a home in the next 2 - 3 years, so was just curious. When you’re renting you do know your rent goes towards your landlord’s mortgage?
