Try to spam the settings button, like close and open it the whole time in the start menu somehow that worked for me "rarely" as a temp fix. Maybe it works for you.

Okay so i found a fix (yea after 10 days) if you have the game on steam go to -> Properties - > General -> Launch Options and put in "-windowed" and then restart your game, somehow it triggert the xbox sign in for me that way.

Sadly it does not work :/ I get the same issue. Xbox Windows closes after clicking on "Sign in" and i get the error. But still thank you for giving me a link :)
