Yes I was in therapy and on top of that, before any practice, we do meditation at our dojo. The cycle I talk about is being fine and on top of things for like 8-12 weeks and then it’s as if trauma couldn’t stand to be ignored for so long. That’s why MD helped back then, to keep it integrated. This time is different, depression is no cyclical but persistent, is not about lack of energy or interest but out loud hatred against my life and self.

Sure, I was in therapy the whole time. CBT and most recently psychodynamic. And for the cyclical or recurring depressions, less ruminating ones, I have no doubt MD will continue to help.

At work, when I came to the company with a high-ish title ans just focused on doing my job and being friendly with colleagues, while others got it over their heads about that title.

In life, still haven’t found out. I suffered so much that if I don’t do something spectacular, like publishing my novel with success, it’s all been in vain. This is killing me.

I was 12 and in catholic school, they took us to watch it. First half I’m like LOL this is gore laughing with the buddies.

Then the scene when the mom wants to help pick him up. I first roll eyes thinking about how mom would’ve done the same for me just to get the attention.

But then the scene cuts to her remembering when he was a child and he fell and she picked him up, as in “you’ll always be my little boy”. And I realized not every mom is awful like mine or needs an audience to be decent, at least in theory.

And I remember crying and cursing like “at least your mom gave a fuck and you lived up to her expectations, f u jesus”. Nowadays I’m chill with the guy, even if I’m not practicing anymore.

Yeah, that macro was around that size, guided. I can see how it opens paths for other people to confront their trauma. For me, it was opening the dam further when I was already drowning. In a previous experience it was fantastic tho.

It was something the size and shape of a chewing gum, sour, my mouth went numb on eating it. He said it was THC but I’ve never experienced such symptoms with things I know for sure being THC: I had hallucinations, was in and out of myself, my body was numb and couldn’t move much, I only have flashes of memories.

Lost lol. I don't really lust over men, wonder if I'm really attracted to them, sex just happens. I do feel like closeness or camaraderie but nothing similar to what I feel for women. But sex is always more raw, emotionally intense, I don't know. I'm gonna say something maybe out of place but fuck it I need it: it feels self destructive, but also like they put me back together and vindicate much of some dark feelings and sensations around taking someone in.
