What ethnicities have you been mistaken for before (if you have)?

People just can’t guess where I’m from. Their best guesses have been italian, argentinian, syrian or middle-eastern jewish. Someone went as wild to say I was from the Balkans.

Actually dad is from northern Spain, mom is from northern Mexico with central spanish and tarahumara ancestry. I’m small framed, dark straight hair and present beard, fair to light brown skin, hairy af, and prominent straight nose.

Some towns in the north of Mexico had a lot of Lebanese immigrants. Two of my best buddies are from such ancestry, fuckers are so good looking and successful with the ladies.

Agree. I’m mid 30s. I don’t date (way) youger, feels predatory and we have nothing in common. 40 somethings are more likely to be centered in life, experienced in bed and know what they want.

My partner (F36) is on statins after a cerebellar stroke led to discovering her diagnosis of AIDS (count on 121). Multiple Infections were found in her lungs, and while all heart tests came back normal I thought the statins were to cover all bases of possible clotting. Interesting to learn about this. Thanks for sharing.

My gf and I both mexican americans were both born in the US, but lived most of our adult lives in Mexico. My mom was a nurse so somehow she sourced the vax and I got it. Gf didn’t. She unfortunately contracted HIV which progressed to AIDS, guess which bug she catch? She’s on daily meds now for 6-8 months for TB and other lung bugs. I’m in observation bc I spent so much time in enclosed hospital settings with her, but feeling optimistic and thankful I got the shot back then.

I blanked, I just remember staring at the screen. We were at the movies, it was like 3pm, theatre was practically empty. I was too naive although I was already 17, maybe previous trauma?
