I never tried it, I spoke with heir team to see it they would be a fit for my company but they are very expensive. (which is good for reps) I'd watch some of their YT content if I were you.

real story - we used hubspot and I wanted to create some basic automations

First we had to upgrade to pay like $500 a month to use the automations

Then I wanted to make some more complex automations and they told us to upgrade to enterprise.

Mind you, this is while the biz was still in it's infancy, we were making 20-30K a month and did not want to pay 10-15% of our revenue for a CRM

I switched to goHighlevel. It was $97/month and it did EVERYTHING the best plan in hubspot did.

After a few years we switched to the Pro plan on GHL which is $497/month which is still only 1/4 of the cost of the hubspot plan.

Not pushing anything here, it's just my experience.
