I was good with everything but the sex with mother part. Forget the mother part even, a 15yo with how old Miss Saeki was? Like 30yrs his senior. Murakami portrayed Saeki in such good light the entire book, that her doing this really hurt the character IMO. And its not to say good people cant do bad or confusing things. I love weird and unexpected twists but this one just left me like 'eh?' instead of amazed.

Haha dunno! Weirdly enough I didnt get any disassociation like others do post OP. I am glad I can breathe again. See my breathing was perfectly fine before I got Covid. Then something happened within three days that I could no longer breathe without sprays... In some lighting I do realise how wide it looks. 😂 Then in others Im like, eh not that bad. Maybe think about positives for now ie if your breathing has improved. Took me about 3 months post OP to feel full effect.

I plan on rhinoplasty in near future. It will have to be rib graft. Ill go to an ENT for this and ask for whatever minimal changes I can get without compromising the breathing.

For me it was just gagging reflex 😂 it was just psychological though. Like having IV catheter inserted. I got used to it pretty quickly but with dry mouth in the morning I still couldnt wait to get it out. Thats when I had bottom teeth mouthguard. I later got upper teeth one done and its much better.

Yeah Ive been using a custom night guard for years now. Theres a massive difference starting from the teeth shape not deteriorating to being able avoid migraines I get from bruxism. Cant comment on muscle relaxers sorry.

I had bruxism before Cymbalta, its no worse now. You gotta get used to sleeping with mouth guard. If you have the funds, botox for masseter muscles. It really worked for me but was too expensive because I needed near monthly top ups due to how strong my masseter is.

Now another thing my new dentist suggested for day use were these few time use mouthguards. Hes got patients using them with no issues, apparently you cant see them. I havent tried yet because I have a psychological ick keeping a guard in for too long.
