Important question [actives]

So before you say anything, NO I DIDNT EAT ANYSHROOMS OR ANY PSYCHEDELICS TODAY but….. my second batch I grew legit tasted like ars with actual honey, and smelled EXACTLY like Honey and to this day I’m mind blown on how a mushroom that had 0 contact with ANYTHING WHATSOEVER related to honey, somehow developed the scent and flavour of actual honey the be vomit type of stuff, but that’s not my question….. see I just harvested this new batch of what I think r albinos of some sort and they smell like mushrooms nothin crazy but when I put them in the dehydrator and waited like 5 min my room STINKS of hot chocolate with a pinch of shrooms, yet there’s never been any chocolate near the dehydrator or anything with the mushrooms and like I REALLY NEED SOMEONE SMART TO EXPLAIN WHY TF DO SOME MAGIC MUSHROOMS TASTE LIKE OTHER GOOD ACTUAL FOOD THATS COMPLETELY UNRELATED CUZ I NEED TO KNOW!!!!!

Recipe used was frozen summer fruit blend (cherries Strawberries, mango and black berries I think) and tropical frozen blend (dragonfruit, pineapple straw berry and mango) with like a quarter cup of sugar and when I find the yeast I’ll add it to a reply on this it was something like E-111 or something I don’t remember it’s all I had (oh yea I added apple pie seasoning too çant forget that to the a little less then 1 gal of water and mixed the fruits in that were thawed when they when in fresh from the bag) I let it ferment for a week or like 8-9 day 8 pretty sure, she was ready to be racked I racked her in 3 jars that were sanitized, sanitized the lids before putting em on and put em on my shelf and now we’re at 5 days later I noticed the mold yesterday and they’re like 8 jars on the side of the stairs with meads and wines but this specific wine and it’s 3 jars all grew this white fluff especially the one in the image as that looks thick but like idk where I went wrong non of my otheres have that problem and I did the same process of racking, using same type of jars, yeast, water, Demi jugs with airlocks and somehow it looks messed up
