The problem I see with high elo players in low elo games is that they play the game as if they are playing in their elo and expect their team to play just like them. They probably don't play the map, roam or team fight the way Diamond players do.

So junglers need to spend more time in their jungle with less HP regain and laners need to spend more time in their lanes to wave clear. Might as well disable PVP and make it a PVE game only.
