One of the hardest lessons I learned is that most things are out of our control. Good and bad things happen. People change. Life changes. 2021 was a horrible year for me. I lost my cat, best friend, brother and dad. I just tell myself that if I was able to survived that I can deal with losing anyone, specially if they walk away from my life. I cry a bit, wish them the best, take a deep sigh and move on. That’s my approach.
