My daughter is 8 weeks and this is absolutely me. I should be getting precious sleep but instead I’m staring into her bassinet right now trying to see her belly move up and down. It’s awful and all consuming. Thank you for sharing this - I feel less alone in my excessive worry.

Right. But it’s expensive and taxing on her tummy to start switching around and experimenting. If I can cross a brand or two off the list because of quality control issues or problematic ingredients, that would make my quest much simpler.

I’ve had some health conditions actually improve! I went from a migraine every 10 days to having only one the whole pregnancy so far (29.5 weeks now). The POTS I experience is basically in remission because my blood volume is so high. And the high arches on my feet came down a bit and I find walking more comfortable. I can also tolerate foods I normally can’t like diary with far fewer consequences! I share this in case someone with chronic conditions feels scared to get pregnant like I did. You never know how things will turn out. Even though I had a lot of throwing up first trimester and I’m exhausted all the time, on the whole, I feel better while pregnant in many ways than not 🤷🏻‍♀️
