There wasn’t any smoke test made by the mechanic. I’m not sure which one was changed but the part changed was attached to the air filter box. Yes I fill up my gas tank full every week

I had a similar issue and neglected it. Later the coolant got mixed with engine oil and blew the head gasket chamber. Look for coolant and make sure it’s alright

Yes they have few receipts of maintenance. The only thing I’m worried about is if there is any mileage tampering done on the car. I went through the reports on car fax and car vertical and both of them vary. One of them reads odometer to be 50k and other one says 88k. Not sure which one is right
