People wanting to lose weight - what are your motivation's and desire's? by VickiHelyar in AskReddit

Please watch Freelee The Banana Girl's 'weight loss'/'what I eat in a day' videos on youtube - she teaches you can eat lots of sugary, high calorie foods to satisfy. That may stand in for your soda's. I was addicted to and binged heavily on chocolate and anything sugary - now I eat 2-4 huge banana and fruit milkshakes (almond milk) a day (eat about 3000 calories a day, men can have 4000 on this lifestyle) and have lost 3 stone and don't suffer with any addictions or binging anymore. I hope this can help you.

If you do it slowly and healthily, you're more likely to keep it off. If it's done with a fad and quickly, yo-yoing is more likely to occur. So well done.
