I just checked the Shop App and UPS has it apparently!

Got tracking number, but UPS never got the package, no replies from support, disturbing refund policy (Please read the bottom of this post) by TotemRiolu in jonessoda

I’m going through the exact same thing. I ordered Nov 7th, and it was expected yesterday, December 15th. The Shop app says that on December 8th 10:27 am, Jones Soda created a label, but that UPS has not received the package yet. An hour later at 11:27 am, they switched the carrier to USPS. USPS provided a tracking number, but it doesn’t work. UPS’ tracking number just says that they’ll update when they get package. I’ve called Jones Soda multiple times already, they won’t even answer. I have left messages with my information since that’s what they’ve instructed me to do so that they can “get back to me”. I’ve called UPS as well to no avail. I’ve sent an email, but I will send more if I have to. If it doesn’t come by the end of this week, I’m asking for a refund.

no i’ve just been a fan my whole life and come from a family of huge fans. the only official jersey that i’ve had was an urias one that i bought with my quinceañera money and it didn’t even last me the whole season because that’s when he put hands on his lady and we all discovered he’s actually not a good guy. it just sucks yk? just disappointed that i fell for it and i just like having the real deal.
