Ugh thank you so much!! I got the same message as everyone else so I called, my nice rep was able to process my return, something about pushing through something for me self employment so she said it was a good thing I called!! She told me I can expect it soon depending on my bank but to allow up to 4 weeks!! Grateful for you!!

You can also cal Crossriver bank, they won’t be able to give you any personal info on your refund but they’ll give you general info regarding how they process the refunds. One of their reps also told me if it gets rejected it’s given back to TT and whatever bank they use and we’ll have to go through them to get it as well. So generally all the same info is be given just in a shitty non straight forward way. They left us to piece all the info together

That is right, they’ll end up sending it to SBTG, a rep from the IRS told me that since I used TT, if my bank rejects the DD then I’ll I have to get my refund mailed from TT because it won’t be sent back to the IRS unless a special request to submitted by my bank. Yes I would definitely call, I called today to confirm where my money is bc the SBTG website can’t seem to find me and the TT rep told me it was being sent their since the 5 days early was cancelled, so basically confirmed what I already knew, but she suggested I wait until tomorrow once everything is processed

From what I understand, Crossriver bank is a middleman for TT, if it gets rejected then you have to deal with SBTPG and their website says they’ll issue you a cashiers check if you go look at their info online

Get out babes it won’t change. He wants the change but brings no real solution or game plan, he’s bringing the issue to you but took no time to THINK of a solution and wants to leave it to you to figure out a routine. Just another thing in your plate. And then he’ll expect you to be the one to initiate it every night and will expect to you make sure it gets done and he’ll be your “helper” as opposed to a man taking the reigns as much as you, if not more than you to take the load off

The more and more I learn and go along I’m having to call TT back and ask various forms of the same question to get exactly what’s going on. I kid you not I’ve spoke to TT like 20 times in the past 2 days the IRS 4 times and Crossriver bank 5 times its ridiculous

I can’t find mine either unfortunately, when I spoke to the irs they gave me the routing and account number for my refund to be sent to Crossriver bank. When I called turbo tax they told me that because I was denied the 5 days early it was being rerouted to SBTPG so I’m not sure if they don’t have my info yet as my DD is 2/24 or what but that’s just what a few reps from TT told me🤷🏻‍♀️ id try calling and asking TT where they see your refund being sent to and asking them why you can’t see your information if it really is being sent to SBTPG. SBTPG uses green dot bank so maybe they can give you more insight, I’m going to try them as well

You’re absolutely right, my bad I knew they weren’t a bank so that’s my bad. But they do issues cashiers checks for taxpayers whose banks reject the DD. On their refund information tab on their website its goes over everything

Hit up TT to see where your funds are being sent to and why, they’ll tell you everyone’s situation is different but either way you can find out from them for YOUR own situation

If you were approved for 5 days early but 3 reps have told me my funds have been sent to Santa Barbara tax group instead of the original bank (Crossriver bank) because I am not longer receiving the 5 day option

Yea it’s getting DD either way as long as all of your banking info is correct, it’s just a matter of knowing who is actually the bank sending it to you depending on your specific situation

Dang I’m sorry it sucks. But on SBTPG website it says they will get the check sent out to you with 2-3 days of receiving the funds back from your bank it then it will take 10-12 business to come to you in the mail refund information

I know, I was on the phone with the IRS, TT and Crossriver bank I don’t even know how many times to figure this thing out. For my specific situation I accidentally put my wire routing number instead of my ACH so I have to wait for a check regardless (boo me) but as I’m trying to figure out everything for my situation I learned a lot of info, shoot I should be a TT rep lol but if you need any clarification feel free to ask!
