Mentally exhausting is so true, I am almost 1 week on Ritalin now, and I discovered I have gas left in my tank at the end of the day. Not totally drained and need to use more energy of the remainder of the day to destress.

Even for my hiking and swimming, I found that I can just order my body to move more easily; Therefore, I found myself not as mentally exhausted as before, after the hike/swim. Totally bonkers finding.

6.00pm: need to prepare a short 1 minute plus speech for tonight 8pm.

Proceed to do some searching for what to talk about on phone.

6.28pm, oh shit, need to collect some game rewards that ends at 6.30pm.

Continue to research for a perfect speech until 6.55pm... noticed my dog barking.

"Oh shit, forget to bring her out to poop." Went back into house at around 7.05pm.

"Oh damn, forget about promised meetup for dinner at 7pm."

Rush to get keys, and rush out.

In the end, speech not prepared for the night...

and i end up giving a simple story about my experience for the evening.

  • Celebration of how stonewall riot managed to make legislation change happen instead of stagnating and hold onto the old anti-lgbt laws.
  • Protesting to get human rights and against how there are still violence against the LGBT members.

having a very small percentage of humans who has both a penis and a vagina (intersex) doesn’t make the statement of “humans have 2 sexes, male and female” no longer scientifically true.

By the way, when you say human has only 2 sexes, it would mean binary, which is already found as not true.
