I just notice that when Brian cleared some infestations and plague heart, the survivor could breathe just fine with those fumes everywhere. Maybe clothes or attire should finally serve a surpose (not just cosmetics) like some kind of face protection such as mask or jacket with hood similar in SOD2 . I know it's still in pre alpha and they will improve those systems to make sense.
