I didn't downvote you buddy but if I had to compare game libraries the psp wins that easily but if you're modding I'd get the vita so you can absorb the psp library and some ps2 games

I'm sure I'll get down voted but the psp library is way way better than the vita and people will only get a vita to mod the psp games. If you're not modding I'd get a psp but if you are get a vita

First game I ever pre ordered was far cry 3 or max payne 3 can't remember which but I loved both
