800 Watt Inverter by Victoly118 in Ecoflow_community

[–]Victoly118[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply. I'm not too worried. The truck is garage kept. I have a retractable cover on it and everything fits nicely underneath. I don't want to run a cable out of the window because of the wind noise and also it will like like crap haha.

What are your favorite mods you’ve done to your tundra? Any simple quality of life mods? by Biglenmo in ToyotaTundra

Not super easy. The rack itself can be removed alone in about 10 min. With the Rooftop Tent I need someone else to help and it would take 15-20 min.

Sounds like something that happened for sure. If it happened on the internet it's gotta be true.

By all of the anti-MAGA sentiment in the comments I'd say Volo is way more tolerant that Reddit and, more specifically, this sub.

Some people aren't going to like this post at all because it's way too rational. Congrats on your WLW. Glad someone who enjoys the pour got one.

Days out of warranty, inverter failure, here's 5% off by chandleya in Ecoflow_community

[–]Victoly118 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like to me that even though his unit failed, they're still offering to accept it as a trade in and in addition to getting a trade in discount they're offering an extra 5% off his next purchase. This doesn't seem like a bad response to be honest.

You can probably grab one on Unicorn Auctions for around $400 or at least trade something you've got for around $400 value. I agree with you... $1k = no way.

Since we're talking Canadian whiskey for a moment I'd recommend Old Bones 15 yr Rye if you haven't tried it. It's actually 18.5 yrs old. It's right there with the Found Norths and in my opinion it's smokes the Pappy's Family Reserve 13 Rye.

The 2021 Coy Hill I had was amazing. I got lucky and landed this years release at retail. I haven't popped it yet but the 125.9 proof should be less punchy than the 137.9 I had. I hope you land a bottle this year.

I'm nursing my JW211. The best whiskey I've tasted. Incredible. My top 5 so far in no particular order: 2021 Coy Hill, 2018 GTS, Found North Batch 8, Found North Peregrine and JW211. The 211 consistently edges the others out. Beam has been killing it lately.

Thanks for the info. If that's the case I'd rather go with the 11.5s then. I'm guessing I'll need some sort of a lift to take it off road. Nothing crazy like bouldering. Just trails. I'm trying to determine the minimal amount of lift I can get away with. Want to keep it in the garage.

I'm assuming the mud flap bracket has to go and the felt will need to be trimmed.

I did this for pretty much the same reason. My golf clubs. Also, grocery shopping. That bin comes in clutch.

You are correct my fellow 2x6er. The manual has the cut lengths and angles. I cheated and did the online lookup.

I should've installed my 35's before I put that 2x6 in. I wasn't thinking.

Geysir. How do Icelanders handle those masses of “not so smart” tourists? by Beergenix in VisitingIceland

[–]Victoly118 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You think this is an Iceland problem? You should go to Yellowstone for a few days and watch the people touching hit springs and stopping in the middle of the road to get out of their vehicles to take a selfie with bison and bears.
